We offer housings for a single or multi transformer/switching stations, cable branch-joints and cable connectors.

Concrete housings are available as precast concrete units, characterised by high durability and low operating costs. In order to adapt to the existing structures and to the individual architect requirements, facade may be finished using any method. They may be plastered with a thin layer of plaster, painted with any colour based on the RAL colour chart, covered with clinker bricks and finished with stone chippings. The last finish is recommended for places exposed to the graffiti. In order to adapt to the landscape, it is possible to use individual solutions for pent or gable roofs, covered with roofing tile, metal roofing tile, etc. Another very important feature of concrete housing is lack of condensation on the inner surface of walls and structural ceiling. Inside concrete housings, during the stage of precasting, it is possible to fix threaded bars,

Halfen’s Anchor Channel profiles or other connectors, allowing easy installation of station equipment components, as well as installation of buses and terminal strips for protective connections. Metal joinery made of aluminium profiles or aluminium-zinc sheet metal is available for concrete housings. The housings are equipped with air grates allowing proper operation of the station.

Substations in the concrete housing meet all the requirements of the Polish Construction Law and applicable standards. All spatial components of concrete housings are adapted to road transport provided by our company.

Transformer/switching station housings with external maintenance.
This Group of Transformer/switching station housings with external maintenance, is intended for stations supplying electric energy to the municipal and industrial recipients. Characteristic feature of this type of housing is a small build-up area, free access to the devices, compact design (main housing and the foundation constitute a whole), and possibility to adapt to individual architectural requirements. Size of the housing is selected depending on the transformer power and the number of medium and low voltage fields. The housings are available in three basic versions: ASTZ type reinforced concrete, MASTZ type metal and MBSTZ type metal-concrete.
